Items may not be returned. They may only be exchanged within 14 days
Return Rules:
Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
If any of the above conditions are not met, AlexsClosets.com reserves the right to refuse or return the item at the customer’s expense.
All returns sent back to Alex's Closet must be pre-approved and you will be issued an RMA number.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
